Model Center Call-In Request

Sometimes buyers will call in to ask some clarifying questions and then want to schedule a Model Center Visit. Here are some best practices for that process!

When a buyer calls in to the office the first step would be asking for their Name, confirming their Phone Number in case the line is dropped, and getting the conversation going on how you can help them.

While they are talking you can check their name or phone number in the system to see if they are already within our CRM by searching in the Hubspot Search bar in the top right corner.

You can jump into the Notes Section and start jotting down some notes so you can engage with the customer at a later date as well as update their contact properties on the sidebar.

Alternatively, since you will already want to log your phone call, you can click on the Log > Log a Call and fill out the notes there along with additional information about the call.

After logging the call I will want to send a quick email to the buyer recapping the result of our call, sending additional information, or adding in details about an appointment they set.

A helpful tool would be to use a template in this instance.
