Model Center Visit Notes

When a visitor comes to our Sales Office, that is one of the best opportunities for us to capture information that will lead to finding the best home for the buyer. Make sure to take robust notes so our Sales Agents can refer back to them later.

When the Guest Registration Form is completed, a task to enter notes for the Model Center Visit will automatically route to the corresponding office's task queue. See below for a walkthrough of that process.
