After a visitor has visited our Model Center, we want to follow up with them and see how their experience was. We will build in some automation to send surveys, but for clients you connected with specifically, a personal touch will always help!
After a Model Center Visitor fills out the Guest Registration Form, a task will be generated within the Task Queue associated with the Office they visited (i.e. Copper, Belterra, Estates)

The task that is generated is to enter notes about their Model Center Visit.
For visitors that you want to follow up with, a personalized email can be sent out using our templates as a starting spot.
Always schedule your follow-up right when you complete a task. Your future self will thank you!
